If you have been failed and angry with the MIM producer you cooperated in China, Please look at here. You are not paying correct price to correct supplier.

MIM is declaring suitable for manufacturing complex, small metal parts. It can reach strick tolerance, close to usable finish, also can reach some other characteristics such as strength, hardness, thermal expansion, etc.

But in real production, most of China MIM producer can only get approximate shape and dimension.  Some of them are not honest enough even,  they can not reach some tolerance in fact, but they will not claim at the time you place order of the mold to them.

At first trial, you say which one is not in tolerance(+/-0.1 is not easy to them),  OK, they change,  second time, samely, third time, ...

In some cases, customer will accept some tolerance is out because they have to,  in some cases, they can not, the factory will not return mold cost as they promised. They will say they have spent a lot of time and money on it. I know some factories in China doing business like this way. The only thing to attract you to do business with them is price.

You can send the jobs which failed in other plant to us, we can reach strick tolerance(in some cases, we can do +/-0.02mm, +/-0.1 is very usual), high quality, high strength, high hardness,...If we say yes, the result must be yes, if we can not  reach it, we just return all mold cost without any talkativeness, we will be shame for that. If we can not do, then you need not source it  in China any longer.

The only shortcoming is our price is a little high. But everyone know it is easy to find cheap price in China, but not easy to find high quality. It is worth to pay.
